Customer Advocate

Serve as the first point of contact in a community facility. You'll greet customers, answer questions, manage traffic flow, support events, and educate the public on energy efficiency programs. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and assess needs to create a positive experience Answer basic customer questions and assist with payments Manage customer traffic flow and escalate issues to specialists as needed Support event setup, tear-down, and daily facility opening/closing Assist with community workshops, seminars, and outreach initiatives Gather feedback and data on events, partnerships, and customer interactions Provide education on energy efficiency products and process program enrollments Support team during outages and perform other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ years face-to-face customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Professional, outgoing, self-motivated, and adaptable
