Our rapidly growing home improvement company is seeking a full-time Call Center Agent / Appointment Setter to connect with homeowners, generate interest in our services, and schedule appointments for our sales team. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to homeowners using company-provided leads Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional service Schedule qualified appointments for our home improvement consultants Accurately update and maintain customer information in our CRM system Follow proven call processes while building genuine rapport with customers Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm on every call What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone Ability to overcome objections while maintaining professionalism Strong organizational and computer skills Self-motivated with a desire to succeed Previous call center, customer service, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales experience is a plus, but not required Compensation $18
