Customer Service Associate

Compensation:

$40,000- $65,000

Responsibilities:

Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries

Qualifications:
