Position Overview:

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Associate to join our team. You'll be the face of Lamar's, helping customers start their day right while keeping the shop running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet every customer with a smile and positive attitude Take orders and operate the Square POS system accurately Handle cash and card transactions Pack donuts and beverages quickly and neatly Restock display cases and keep products looking fresh and full Assist with moving trays, boxes, and inventory Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house and work areas Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Support team members during busy morning rushes Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

Customer service or food service experience preferred (not required) Must have or acquire a food handlers certification Comfortable using or learning Square POS Strong communication and people skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Able to stand for extended periods and lift 25-40 lbs Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
