Customer Service Representative

Job Summary Cornerstone Construction Material delivers a full range of specialized products for the construction industry. We currently have an opening for a Customer Service Representative . This is an opportunity to work with our sales group and with key customer account interaction. Strong interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills are required. Duties Provide excellent Customer Service and support for clients, customers & team Process customer orders Communicate with Production personnel when necessary Coordinate shipping of orders to meet customer expectations Distribute a daily Order Log Provide support to the Sales Staff Create labels for production Provide information to customers as needed Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Positive customer service attitude with active listening skills Experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record-keeping Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy office setting Exceptional phone etiquette skills Strong time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently Ability to effectively communicate with peers and supervisors Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within a team environment by organizing, planning and prioritizing workload

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, or equivalent, Required 2+ years Customer Service experience, Required 1+ year

Sales Support, Required Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
