Job DescriptionJoin our team at Domino's Pizza in Ballwin, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 14764 Clayton Rd location.
Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specificationsProcess cash and credit card transactionsProvide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customerMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAssist with various cleaning tasks as neededHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteouslyLift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as requiredQualificationsExcellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanorStrong ability to follow directions and adhere to company policiesFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysBasic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processingPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
