This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional customer service Schedule and coordinate service appointments for plumbing and water cleanup services Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, service updates, and follow-up needs Support technicians by providing accurate job information and coordinating schedules Enter and maintain accurate customer and service records Assist with dispatching technicians and optimizing daily schedules Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate Process paperwork, service documentation, and customer information accurately Maintain a professional and positive experience for every customer interaction Assist with general office support and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, dispatching, administrative support, or office experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and data entry systems Close attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in plumbing, HVAC, restoration, home services, or other service-based industries is a plus What Makes You Successful You genuinely enjoy helping people and creating positive customer experiences.
