Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Pevely, United States location! We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specificationsProcess cash and credit card transactions with precisionDeliver a great customer service experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfactionMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAssist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness and hygiene standardsHandle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentLift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as neededQualificationsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitudeStrong communication abilities, both verbal and listeningBasic math skills for handling cash transactionsAbility to follow directions and adhere to company policies and proceduresFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsBasic computer skills for order entry and processingAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a collaborative spiritFood handling experience is a plus, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be able to pass a criminal background checkAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
