Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and courteous Customer service agent to join our team. Customer service agents represent our company to customers by phone, text, chat and e-mail. We are offering full-time positions with the ability to earn overtime hours. Our phone hours are 9:00am

• 5:00pm Monday
• Friday, and every other Saturday from 9:00am
• Noon.

Starting Pay is now $16.00 per hour.

Job Duties:

Customer service agents are required to take incoming calls, web-chats and answer e-mails from customers for:

• Placing orders
• Returns
• Order Status
• Part inquiries
• and more

Job Qualifications:

• Professional and pleasant attitude offering quality customer service.
• The ability to use a computer and learn our Order managing software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft word and excel.
• Excellent typing and 10-key skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Problem solving skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
