What You'll Do:

Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience Write detailed repair orders and relay customer concerns to technicians Provide accurate service estimates and timeframes Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Collaborate with the parts and service teams to ensure efficient repair flow Maintain accurate records and follow up on open tickets

What We're Looking For:

Experience in service advising or customer service (motorsports or automotive preferred) Excellent communication and multitasking skills Basic mechanical knowledge or strong interest in powersports Strong organizational habits and attention to detail Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits:
