Job Description

We're currently hiring Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team in St. Louis. This is a full-time opportunity for people who enjoy working with customers, solving problems and being part of a fast-moving team environment. As one of the first points of contact for customers, you'll play an important role in creating positive experiences and making sure enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. We're looking for someone who communicates well, stays organised under pressure and genuinely enjoys helping people. What You'll Be Doing Assisting customers with enquiries, support and general requests Handling conversations professionally across phone, email and in-person interactions Resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer care Keeping customer records and information accurate and up to date Working closely with team members and management to maintain service standards Escalating more complex issues when required Building positive relationships with customers and clients What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment Reliable, motivated and able to work well within a team Comfortable using basic computer systems and customer databases Previous customer service, retail, hospitality or office experience is helpful but not essential What You Can Expect Full-time hours with consistent scheduling Full training and ongoing support Competitive pay structure Positive and team-focused work environment Opportunities for progression into senior support and leadership roles Immediate start available for the right candidate How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your updated resume and current availability.
