SERVICE ADVISOR
Pay negotiable based on experience St. Louis Powersports, THE Powersports dealer for the greater St. Louis area is looking to hire a full time Service Advisor. St. Louis Powersports is a full-service, family of powersports dealerships in the St. Louis area that offers sales, service and parts on motorcycles, ATV's, utility vehicles and watercraft. St. Louis Powersports is seeking a dependable and experienced Service Advisor able to join the team at our Chesterfield location. This is a full time position that we are looking to fill immediately. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Handling customer questions, requests, scheduling, and pick up of service vehicles Communicating with service technicians on repair details Communication with customers on status of vehicles and repairs Communicating with OEM for warranty authorizations, as well as filing claims for reimbursement Ability to look up OEM parts on microfiche as well as find aftermarket parts in catalogs Service Advisor job qualifications: Great customer service skills A working mechanical knowledge of modern powersport vehicles including Polaris, CanAm, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Sea-Doo, Honda and Yamaha Have and maintain a satisfactory driving record Highly self motivated and able to take initiative on jobs and tasks that need to be performed to provide excellent customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a team and possess a professional customer focused attitude Proficient listening and excellent communication skills with other employees and technicians as well as capable of following written instructions and procedures An understanding/experience with Lightspeed Great punctuality with reliable transportation Ability to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule A "can do" attitude with organizational skills and great work ethic in a team environment Work hard and efficient St. Louis Powersports is a family owned and operated premier powersports dealership that takes pride in offering the very highest quality in products and services to our customers.
