Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Client Service Associate to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be the connective tissue between our lead advisors, our clients, and the Springfield community. You will assist in providing white-glove service to our existing clientele, and act as a brand ambassador to expand our firm's local footprint. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Service & Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt, empathetic, and accurate resolutions to their requests. Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring new clients experience a seamless transition to our firm. Maintain and update client records and workflows in our CRM to ensure accurate tracking of client milestones and communications. Anticipate client needs by monitoring account activity, RMDs (Required Minimum Distributions), and cash flow requirements. 2. Community Engagement & Outreach Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing client appreciation events and educational seminars in the Springfield area. Identify and cultivate partnerships with local nonprofits and charities that align with the firm's community values. Contribute ideas for local marketing initiatives and community-focused social media content.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree required
Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities. Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with industry CRM and financial planning software is a major plus.

Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
