Full Job Description Overview:

Customer Service Representative At Air Services we are a family-operated company with a small business feel but large business size, growth, and stability. The Installation Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of installation services offered by Air Services. This role involves coordinating installation appointments, communicating with customers and installation technicians, managing scheduling and logistics, and overseeing the entire installation process. The Installation Coordinator serves as a pivotal point of contact for customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure installations are completed to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services. Call existing customers to inform of promotions Schedule service appointments. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our database. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

What You Will Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience, preferably in a home services or related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
