Qualifications :
A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is attending a local Bible-believing church. Exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and sexual purity. Agree and uphold the Mission, Vision, Belief Statements, and policies of the center. Have a degree in a related field or experience equivalent preferred. Professional and courteous in tone and information delivery with the ability to handle sensitive client care with confidentiality and sensitivity. Exhibit strong organizational skills, interpersonal communication, public speaking, writing, and problem-solving. Excellent relational skills with the ability to provide spiritual leadership, discipleship, encouragement, and direction for direct staff members and volunteers. Be able to develop and implement strategic plans and goals for the Client Services Department. Be able to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision. A valid Missouri driver's license and reliable transportation. Criminal background check submitted prior to employment If post-abortive, adhere to the Life Options policy for post-abortive healing. Is well established in like-minded Church with pastoral staff Ability to work with staff and volunteers and to be a unified, committed team player. Exhibit strong interpersonal and administrative skills, are self-motivated, resourceful, and visionary.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
:Administrative Responsibilities:
Provide managerial support, direction, and supervision to the staff and volunteers. Work within the approved annual budget. Make prayer an integral part of the day-to-day operation of the Family Services Department. Help develop and implement processes for the Client Services Department. Represent the ministry in the community. Update the Resource Manual annually. Operational responsibilities Be knowledgeable and oversee the Bright Course programs to facilitate classes as needed. Be knowledgeable of the curriculum flow and facilitate application to clients as needed. Conduct case management as directed. Proactively manage assigned projects for the growth of the department's programs. Participate in the brainstorming of yearly goals and direction for the Client Services Department. Oversee and manage material goods inventory for "Bags of Love," warehouse, Baby Boutique, and incentives. Compose and mail thank you's for all Material Family Services donations. Responsible for all class components, preparing for growth, and evaluating each Pathways Program to ensure it is efficient, relevant, and supporting clients. Research and recommend suggestions and ideas to the Executive Director. Review client files, track boutique and warehouse items, schedule appointments, send daily reminders, assign follow-ups, and provide encouragement to staff and volunteers. Provide relevant client content (client stories, quotes, requests, stats, comments) that helps provide content for social media posts, direct appeals, and newsletters. Deliver quality group classes and instruction that is engaging and encourages participation. Performs all other tasks assigned by the Executive Director. Responsible for carrying out the duties of subordinate staff and/or volunteers if there are not any present. Management Responsibilities Set the tone, professional atmosphere, and culture of the Client Services Department. Spiritual leader for the Client Services Department. Exercise discretion and independent judgment in handling situations and conflicts. Supervise and train Client Services Department staff and volunteers. Conduct yearly staff and volunteer evaluations and assist in coordinating recognition events. Participate in the interviewing of Client Services Department volunteers and staff. Be available for speaking at engagements as needed. Submit approved timesheets for staff and ensure volunteer hours are recorded at each shift. Provide monthly reports and statistics to the Executive Director and assist with projects as needed. Work with various fundraising committees to help plan the annual events and other fundraising efforts that may happen if needed. Stay current on all curriculum updates and training necessary to maintain quality facilitation. Provide written material and statistics for Donor updates and outreach as requested. Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director Continued Education, Training, and Events Bi-annual renewal of CPR certification and Mandatory Reporter Training Completes yearly professional self-evaluations Attend all staff meetings, training, and in-services If unable, seeks an excused absence from the supervisor Annual training assigned by the Executive Director that can include , but is not limited to:HIPAA OSHA
Center Specific Training Review of applicable Policies and Procedures Workplace Safety Other training as Directed Complete LOVE approach training Attend conferences and training as requested by the Director Attend Life Options events and any other events as needed. Prepare items and statistics for reports and Board Meetings as neededPay:
