Salary Range:

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Appropriate license(s) must be obtained prior to start date Responsibilities A successful customer service representative will demonstrate the ability to take on whatever task is in front of them. It may include but is not limited to the following. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Develop and maintain client relationships. Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe. Process customer policy change requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
