Basic Job Description:

To provide septic tank, treatment plant, and grease trap cleaning services in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining our company reputation of top-quality customer service. This position is the image of our company and as a result is super important to the continued success of our company. • Excellent Customer Service Skills and Ability to Communicate with Customers
• Ability to do Some Hand Digging
• Possess Some Mechanical Ability (a plus)
• Able to Bend, Stoop, Lift Arms Overhead, Pull Hoses
• Strong Work Ethic
• Ability to Lift up to 50 Pounds From Time to Time
• Conversational English Skills Along With Reading and Writing
• Ability to Prioritize and Multitask While Working in a Fast-paced Environment
• Valid Class B (Minimum) Driver's License (Minor Infractions Acceptable)

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive tank truck to customer locations along a designated route as assigned by the dispatcher
• Climb in/out of tank truck multiple times per day and drag hose from truck to access cover then empty tank
• Maintain paperwork in an informative and legible manner for office staff and other drivers regarding condition of equipment, problems with work orders or sites, etc.
• Arrive on time each workday and maintain a consistent attendance record
