Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
• Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Upsell additional services and products to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

• Previous experience in automotive repair or service writing is preferred
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures
• Familiarity with diesel engine repair is a plus
• Ability to accurately estimate repair costs
• Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell services
• Proficient in cash handling procedures As a Service Writer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with customers, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate estimates for repairs.
