Part-Time Front Desk Associate (Customer Service Focus)

We're looking for a friendly, high-energy Front Desk Receptionist to join our chiropractic office team in Wentzville! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and can confidently juggle multiple tasks while keeping a positive, welcoming presence.

Schedule:

Tuesdays:

8:30 AM - 5:00

PM Fridays:

8:30 AM - 6:00 PM 1-hour lunch break each shift

What You'll Do:

Greet patients and create a welcoming front desk experience Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow Handle check-ins/check-outs and basic administrative tasks Over the counter payments Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
