An Automotive Customer Service Representative greets customers and responds to customer inquiries at an automotive dealership or service business. As a Retail Salesperson/Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle repair needs. Typical duties include greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and telling them about the types of services our shop offers. You'll update customers and clearly communicate repair recommendations to customers and keep them apprised on the progress of their vehicle repairs.
