Overview:
As a Retail Salesperson/Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle repair needs. Typical duties include greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and telling them about the types of services our shop offers. You'll update customers and clearly communicate repair recommendations to customers and keep them apprised on the progress of their vehicle repairs. Automotive industry experience (at least 2+ Years) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional service Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to push, pull, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands.
