Job Description Scott Petroleum Convenience Stores is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to gain experience in a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Provide information about products and promotions. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently. Promote a positive customer service experience with a customer-centric approach. Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment. 2.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed. Basic computer skills for operating cash registers and recording transactions.
