Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and guiding them through their service inquiries. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive customer satisfaction, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our service department. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales and customer service expertise in a fast-paced environment. Pay is based on experience with bonus opportunities. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from customers seeking service appointments or information Make outbound calls to follow up with potential clients and schedule service appointments efficiently Provide clear, detailed information about services offered, appointment availability, and vehicle needs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems Assist customers with inquiries related to service status, pricing, and vehicle maintenance needs Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences Support the team with client services tasks such as cash handling, appointment scheduling, and documentation management Preferred Requirements Strong sales aptitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer support Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening capabilities Experience in call center environments or outbound calling is advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills Demonstrated ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and client engagement techniques Previous experience in automotive or service-related industries is a bonus but not required Join us as a Service BDC Representative and become a vital part of our energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences!
