Customer Service Agent Location:
Poplarville Campus Job Description/Overview:
Answers telephones, chat, and in-person inquiries
Helps create a friendly environment for those served
Navigate trouble with accounts, payment plan options, and alternative financial support
Help to resolve problems faced by those served
Receive and process requests for information and documentation
Research academic records
Performs other duties as required
Status:
Full Time / Support Staff / 12 months
Educational Requirements:
Associate Degree preferred, not required
