  • Manage workflow by coordinating between customers, technicians, and parts
  • Maintain organization across open repair orders, updates, and timelines

  • Guide customers through the service process with transparency and confidence
  • Clearly explain recommendations, timelines, and costs so customers can make informed decisions
  • Keep customers updated throughout the process and deliver on commitments
  • Build long term relationships by helping customers get the most out of their machines and their time on them What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a service advisor role or customer facing position in powersports, automotive, or similar field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information clearly
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Self motivated with a high level of accountability

  • Competitive wage plus performance based incentives with flexible pay plans Entry level: $45,000 to $60,000 Experienced advisor: $60,000 to $80,000 High performing advisor: $80,000 to $110,000
