Service Advisor

Beaverhead Motors is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Dillon, MT. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will be responsible for effectively communicating vehicle service needs, providing accurate estimates, and coordinating with technicians to deliver high-quality service. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival. Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues. Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repair options. Prepare and present service estimates and obtain customer approvals. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work. Maintain communication with customers regarding service status and any changes. Manage service tickets and maintain detailed records of services performed. Promote service specials and additional maintenance services to customers. Ensure a clean and welcoming service reception area. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical or automotive training is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service advisor role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain technical information to customers. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient with computers and service management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $36,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year, paid semi-monthly.
