Service Writer

Gem City Motors in Sidney, Montana is in search of a Service Writer for our busy and growing Service Department. Our Service Department consists of 6 Technicians, a Service Manager and 3 Service Writers. Sidney is on the Eastern side of Montana and has a population of 6,600 people. Eastern Montana has many great outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, and boating! We are willing to train the right candidate if you don't currently have Service Writer experience. Must have great communication & organizational skills. Position is full time Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Duties include but are not limited to: Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses Educate clients about the company's products, services and offers Schedule appointments, take orders, monitor service progress, calculate charges and process payments Record customer details and transactions Serve as a customer relationship manager Serve as a link between customers and different departments in the organization Create and close
