As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the friendly expert our clients rely on, answering questions about our products and services, and resolving issues quickly and accurately across a range of communication channels. You'll help customers create and host successful fundraisers, raffles, and events. What we're looking for: Proven experience in customer support or client service A professional, warm manner and a real commitment to great service Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize Solid computer and internet skills Patience and empathy when resolving customer issues and complaints Strong written and verbal communication skills A positive, team first attitude The details: Fully remote Full-time, 40+ hours per week (8-hour shifts, Monday - Friday) Some overtime and weekend work $25 per hour DOE $2,000 bonus after 12 months of employment in good standing Ready to make a difference?
