• Sho p #1 Tire Connection Tire Pros is hiring an Automotive Service Writer / Tire Sales Advisor for our Shop #1 location.

This is a full-time, in-person front-counter role in a busy tire and auto repair shop. Automotive, tires, parts, dealership, or repair shop experience is required. This is not an entry-level general customer service position. Experienced automotive, tire, parts, dealership, or repair shop candidates will be prioritized. You will greet customers, create repair orders, quote tires, communicate with technicians, update customers, and help sell tires, tire protection plans, alignments, maintenance, and repair services. What You'll Do Greet customers and gather vehicle/service information Create and manage repair orders Quote tires and recommend Good / Better / Best options Communicate estimates, timelines, and updates Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and the shop team Help sell tires, tire protection plans, alignments, maintenance, and repairs Collect payment and close out tickets accurately What Success Looks Like Success means customers are taken care of, repair orders are accurate, technicians have clear information, and the shop keeps moving. You will do well here if you can stay organized, communicate clearly, recommend services honestly, follow through, and meet goals for sales, customer communication, and professionalism. Requirements Automotive, tire, parts, dealership, or repair shop experience required Comfortable discussing tires, maintenance, repairs, estimates, and service recommendations Comfortable with sales and customer follow-up Able to multitask in a busy shop Basic computer skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Calm and professional under pressure Pay & Schedule $20

• 23/hour based on experience, plus monthly & quarterly bonus opportunities after 90 days. Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No weekends
