Our growing HVAC company is looking for a dependable, positive team member to join our office. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn dispatching, customer service, and office operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer phones and assist customers Help resolve customer questions and concerns Learn and assist with dispatching technicians Order parts and work with vendors Perform general administrative and office tasks Enter and manage information in company software systems Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong grammar and professional phone etiquette Comfortable with computers and learning new software Ability to multitask and stay organized Dependable, punctual, and reliable Experience with Housecall Pro, Outlook, and Excel is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. HVAC or dispatch experience a PLUS but not required Schedule This is an onsite position Monday and Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM onsite Tuesday through Thursday office hours are flexible Approximately 20 hours per week during slower seasons Up to 40 hours per week during peak seasons, depending on business needs and your availability Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required. Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
