Experience with front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and medical billing processes. Ability to handle animals safely using proper restraint techniques; kennel experience or dog handling skills are advantageous. Basic understanding of animal anatomy, pet grooming, pet care practices, and animal husbandry principles. Familiarity with regulations such as DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) and USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) guidelines related to veterinary practice is desirable.
