Service Writer Customer Support Representative

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail focus - Customer Relationship Solicit sale of new or additional services Strong Data Entry Skills Utilizes computer system for updating customers on ongoing repairs in shop or field, processing service invoices to include warranty claims. EXPERIENCE

Diesel technician background strongly encouraged Knowledge of Allison, Eaton or other transmission applications is a plus High school diploma or general education degree (GED) ASE certifications strongly encouraged CDL is a Plus Ability to create professional relationships with customers Ability to stay self-motivated

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years. No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI). While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms.
