Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that ensures our customers receive exceptional support and service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer support skills while making a meaningful impact every day. Duties Greet customers and visitors warmly at the front desk, providing excellent first impressions Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office Works. Assist with office management duties including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and organizing documents Support customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy Maintain organized records of customer interactions, appointments, and correspondence Perform clerical tasks such as typing reports, managing office supplies, and scheduling appointments using calendar management tools Skills Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry software Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus Prior office experience including clerical work, administrative support, or front desk duties Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and office management procedures Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading and filing tasks Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Experience in customer service roles within medical or dental reception is advantageous Familiarity with bookkeeping, time management techniques, and personal assistant responsibilities is desirable Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer support! Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
