PSI-Polymer Systems is seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to support customers, assist the sales team, and help with marketing activities. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with technology, mechanically inclined, and able to communicate professionally with customers. The role is primarily office-based and does not require travel. The successful candidate will assist with customer inquiries, quoting, follow-up, CRM management, sales support, and marketing-related tasks while learning PSI's equipment and the plastics extrusion industry. Preferred Skills / Abilities Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and CRM software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning technical products Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Professional and confident communication with customers Attention to detail Marketing, social media, or content development experience is a plus Primary Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email Provide sales and customer service support to existing and prospective customers Prepare and submit commercial quotations Follow up on open quotations, previous projects, and sales opportunities Assist customers in identifying appropriate equipment and replacement parts Provide basic technical product information and coordinate more complex questions with engineering or sales Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in CRM software Maintain quote records and sales activity information Assist the outside sales team with customer follow-up and administrative support Communicate delivery schedules and order updates to customers Develop and maintain strong customer relationships Assist with lead generation and qualification Help identify new sales opportunities Assist with marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media, website updates, customer communications, sales literature, trade show materials, and other promotional projects Assist with presentations, webinars, and other customer-facing sales materials Support ongoing sales and marketing initiatives as needed Continue developing product and industry knowledge
