Job Description

The Opportunity:
Responsible for supporting daily operations by supporting job orders and releases, maintaining accurate records and databases, and ensuring timely processing of invoicing and reporting. This role includes tracking outsourced work and shipments, verifying pricing and job acknowledgments, maintaining scheduling and system data (including price lists, customer information, and production paths), and handling complaint tracking. Additionally, the position ensures proper file retention, sample handling, and overall coordination of workflow to support production and customer service activities. This position would be trained in support of moving into either materials coordinator or customer service representative one day. How you will impact

Entering job orders/releases File job's/releases Pull samples General reporting Entering complaint data into database and tracking progress Generate outsourcing Purchase Orders Track outsourced jobs Maintain approved price lists Verify pricing on all job order acknowledgments Maintain die master worksheet and Schedule Assistant paths Maintain lists for Accounts, Customer Colors and Paths for Schedule Assistant Maintain job order log Complete daily load closing and daily invoicing Monitor/track incoming and outgoing shipments Perform job acknowledgment verification, sheeting/printing notes, and scheduling for both board orders and production (live) orders Maintain record retention files What you need to succeed:
Written/Verbal Communications Skills:
Must follow detailed instructions for training and quality.
Computer Skills:
Excellent computer skills (Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Email, AS400, Schedule Assistant). Proficient in
Algebra:
Organization/Planning Skills Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
