Position Summary We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and welcoming Client Support Specialist to serve as the backbone of our Cornelius office. You will be a support point of contact for our clients, helping manage office operations, coordinate scheduling, and ensure our 4-step client planning process runs seamlessly. The ideal candidate will blend professional executive support with the warm hospitality that our Lake Norman families trust. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relations:
Greet clients warmly upon arrival, answer incoming calls, manage office correspondence, and provide an exceptional first impression.Calendar Management:
Schedule client Discovery Meetings, Strategy Sessions, and regular financial reviews for the advisory team.Operational Support:
Prepare paperwork, organize physical and digital client files, and support the implementation of wealth management accounts.Newsletter & Event Coordination:
Assist with organizing local retirement seminars, educational workshops, and managing our weekly client newsletter distribution list.Prospect Consultation Scheduling:
Proactively reach out to prospects to qualify their basic needs and coordinate schedules for initial Discovery Meetings.Data Security & Integrity:
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to financial industry privacy regulations to protect sensitive client information. Qualifications & SkillsExperience:
2+ years of administrative assistant or office manager experience, preferably within financial services, insurance, banking, or legal industries.Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with CRM systems, calendar management software, and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.Core Values:
