Customer Service Agents (CSA) Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) CRJ Aviation LLC Looking for a customer-facing role in aviation where every day is different? CRJ Aviation LLC is hiring Customer Service Agents (CSA) at Asheville Regional Airport. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Customer Service Agent Responsibilities Greet passengers and provide exceptional customer service Assist with ticketing and check-in at the counter Board and deplane passengers at the gate Make clear announcements and communicate during delays or irregular operations Resolve passenger concerns professionally and efficiently Ensure passengers feel informed, supported, and welcomed throughout their travel experience Successful CSAs remain calm under pressure and consistently deliver positive passenger experiences—even during challenging situations.

Minimum Qualifications Applicants must:

Be at least 18 years old Have a high school diploma or GED Possess a valid driver's license Be authorized to work in the United States Pass a post-offer background check (including fingerprinting and criminal history review) Pass a post-offer drug test Be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs Possess basic computer skills Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills Be willing to work a rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, split shifts, delays, and some holidays
