Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team for long term! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that ensures our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your energetic approach will help foster positive relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a welcoming office environment. Duties Answer customers' calls promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, schedule jobs , and provide information efficiently. Assist with data entry tasks using computer literacy skills, including updating records in Service Titan and other softwares. Support office management by pulling permits, maintaining schedules, and managing technicians. Provide exceptional customer support through clear phone etiquette and attentive service. Handle clerical responsibilities such as proofreading documents, filing paperwork, and managing correspondence. Utilize Google Workspace tools for document creation, email communication, and collaborative projects. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and support requests for future reference. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or customer service roles with strong clerical skills. Familiarity with Service Titan, Apple products and Google Workspace applications is a plus. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy and stressful environment. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading. Knowledge of CSR operations, multi-line phone systems, and office management best practices. Previous experience as a Trade CSR is a plus. Demonstrated professionalism with excellent phone etiquette and customer support capabilities. Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
