What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience working in a veterinary hospital is required. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple phone lines, appointments, and client requests efficiently. Excellent computer, scheduling, and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional during stressful or emotional situations. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed. Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn and grow within the veterinary field. Daily Responsibilities Greet clients and patients while providing an outstanding customer experience. Answer incoming calls and assist clients with scheduling, questions, and appointment needs. Coordinate wellness visits, surgeries, and other veterinary services. Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records. Communicate effectively with veterinarians and support staff to ensure exceptional patient care. Educate pet owners on preventive care, medications, treatment plans, and hospital services. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Assist with administrative and client service tasks to support daily hospital operations.
