  • Full-time A top-notch renovation company is seeking a friendly and customer focused full-time Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant near Hickory NC who enjoys helping the team be successful.
The Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant will enjoy working with a close-knit team in a friendly business casual environment and representing a company with a great reputation for service and quality products. Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant candidates will be benefit from: Being a part of a community focused company Paid holidays and vacation Quality health insurance and 401k Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant requires balancing customer interaction on the phone and follow up, and in person clients and ebbs and flows of small office showroom. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. This position involves extensive use of computers, paperwork, CRM system, and juggling multiple office priorities. We need experienced customer service professionals, motivated and organized who can work directly with customers/vendors to successfully schedule, follow-up, set expectations and provide amazing customer experience and open doors to future projects. Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant Requirements:
Proactive customer service excellence to over-deliver on expectations Helpful attitude and consistent follow through Customer service conflict resolution and ability to set appropriate expectations Highly organized and detail oriented Effective multitasker with ability to accomplish tasks accurately with frequent interruptions Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems Ability to learn and utilize a simple CRM system Proficient typing skills with good grammar and spelling Strong worth ethic Self-starter Team player willing to lend a hand to other location team members 3 years customer service experience High School degree, required
Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Answer phone and schedule new sales appointments Check email and voicemail for messages and return calls Research customer requests for status updates Assist with customer problem resolution Create sales and management correspondence Follow up on prior day vendor orders with missing confirmations Initiate appointment confirmation communication and regular status updates Coordinate follow up communication for cancelled orders Stock supplies and prepare sales and installation packets Maintain daily a tidy office and showroom Update data in systems and keep filing secure and up to date Collect installation paperwork Check vendor deliveries/orders for accuracy and follow up on missing items Follow-up on payments Assist with reference review coordination All offers of employment are contingent on passing a criminal background and drug tests.
