Roles & Responsibilities Greet customers, listen to concerns, and obtain vehicle information Inspect vehicles and advise customers on necessary repairs Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines; secure customer approvals Advise customers on maintenance and care according to manufacturer specifications Follow up with customers on repair progress and changes to estimates Handle minor complaints and resolve misunderstandings professionally Answer telephone inquiries promptly Deliver vehicles to customers and explain work performed and charges Collaborate with team members throughout the dealership Prepare and submit warranty repair orders accurately Refer vehicle sales leads to new and pre-owned sales departments Assist the service manager as needed Follow safety procedures for exposure to fumes, dirt, and chemicals Perform other duties as assigned Compensation & Benefits Generous pay plan Paid manufacturer training for career growth Supportive, caring work environment Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days Paid time off (PTO) Climate-controlled facility and professional working environment Compensation details will be provided by the hiring manager upon selection. Qualifications Prior experience as an Auto Service Advisor/Writer with demonstrated success High school diploma or equivalent Valid in-state driver's license Professional appearance and communication skills Strong problem-solving and organizational skills CDK experience preferred but not required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen Jim Armstrong Subaru is an equal opportunity employer.
