CSR/Show Services Support

CSR/Show Services Support ACI Design ACI Design is a trade show display producer supporting clients who exhibit at trade shows and events nationwide. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support client event inventory orders, show services, and client-owned assets. This role works closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure accurate order processing, effective inventory management, and timely event support. Primary Responsibilities Process event orders accurately and efficiently Confirm order details and adjust shipping dates as needed Manage customer inventory using online inventory software Maintain client literature and giveaway materials stored onsite Support shipment preparation, inspections, and returns Administrative Responsibilities Handle job-related correspondence and documentation Maintain accurate, thorough, and organized notes Complete records and reports in a timely and accurate manner Required Skills and Qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Self-directed, detail-oriented, and highly organized Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Capable of seeing the "big picture" while managing details Professional, dependable, and business-minded Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Preferred (Beneficial) Skills Experience in trade show or event services Working knowledge of Adobe products, including Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator Familiarity with ExhibitForce software Proficiency with Apple/Mac systems Understanding of graphic arts production processes Knowledge of trade show logistics and shipping procedures Previous customer service or client support experience Warehouse or order fulfillment experience Four-year college degree preferred
