About Penguin Air & Plumbing Penguin Air & Plumbing has been keeping Union County and the Charlotte area comfortable since 2008. We're a family-owned HVAC and plumbing company with a small, tight office, and we're looking for the person who becomes the voice of the company on the phone. You'll be the first person our customers talk to when their AC quits in July or a water heater lets go on a Sunday. You'll answer the phone, book the call, get a tech dispatched, and follow up to make sure the customer is taken care of. If you like solving problems for people and keeping a busy day organized, this is a good fit. What you'll do Answer incoming calls and texts and book service and maintenance appointments Schedule and dispatch technicians in ServiceTitan Call and text customers to confirm appointments, follow up on estimates, and schedule maintenance visits for our 300+ maintenance plan members Handle customer questions, take payments, and keep customer records accurate Help with basic office tasks as needed What we're looking for Customer service or office experience, ideally in a home services company (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, etc.) ServiceTitan experience is a big plus. If you've used Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, or similar, we'll train you on ServiceTitan Comfortable on the phone all day and able to stay calm with a frustrated customer Organized, dependable, and good with computers Available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, in our Indian Trail office No ServiceTitan or trades experience?
