Job Description

Candidate must possess strong people skills and be able to work with the public and co-workers in a professional manner. Position requires the ability to multitask efficiently and maintain organization. Candidate must be able to perform a variety of general office duties, including, but not limited to: answering telephones, responding to customer-facing requests, recording and distributing messages, taking payments, filing and maintaining customer records, and operating a personal computer for the purpose of data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet.
Responsibilities:
Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot Ensure customer account information is up-to-date Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
