Duties Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain recommended repairs and maintenance options clearly, ensuring customers are well-informed about their vehicle's condition Prepare detailed service estimates using auto estimating software, including parts, labor, and additional services Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of services Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or in person, providing updates on vehicle status and resolving concerns promptly Promote dealership services like auto body repair, diesel engine repair, air brake systems, shocks & struts, and other specialized automotive repairs Requirements Proven dealership experience or background in auto service management is highly preferred Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and vehicle maintenance procedures Experience with auto estimating software and service writing is essential for accurate documentation Familiarity with a wide range of automotive repairs including oil changes, brake repair, alignments, suspension work, tire service, diesel engines, shocks & struts Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity Mechanical knowledge combined with mechanic experience or service technician background is advantageous Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain organized records Join us as a Service Advisor where your energy fuels our success!
