Onsite Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm What You'll Do Serve as the primary liaison between A&E and customers Work safely in a fast-paced office environment Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, or EDI systems Provide administrative support to the Customer Service team Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on requests Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs Interact professionally and respectfully with team members, vendors, and visitors What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (textile industry preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong data entry and 10-key skills with good basic math ability Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Why Join American & Efird?
