Job Description

Appointment scheduling: Proactively call customers to schedule regular maintenance, recalls, and preventive services. Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows.
Inbound communication:
Answer phone calls and respond to emails and other online inquiries from potential and existing customers regarding service, promotions, and vehicle information.
Customer follow-up:
Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage future business.
Lead management:
Utilize a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to log all customer interactions, track leads, and manage follow-up activities.
Information and support:
Provide customers with information on services, parts, and warranty issues. Help resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
