Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Specialist

Overview:

We are an optical lens manufacturing company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support front office operations, order processing, and light fulfillment tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction and hands-on work.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt, clear, and positive support throughout the order process Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within our order management system, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery Coordinate with production to track and manage orders Monitor and check inventory levels of lenses and materials Package completed orders and prepare them for shipment Maintain organized records of orders and inventory

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable handling both administrative and physical tasks Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, order systems) Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred (not required): Experience in optical, manufacturing, or fulfillment environments Familiarity with shipping software or inventory systems

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
