Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire) Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30

PM Pay:

$19.00-$21.00/hour (based on experience) We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable schedule and long-term potential. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience handling customer inquiries, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply, though bilingual skills are not required.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer service functions throughout the order process Answer incoming customer calls and assist with inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and order status Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records Prepare invoices and shipping documents Coordinate and document customer concerns while helping resolve issues efficiently Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Support the sales team and office staff as needed Make outbound calls regarding past due accounts when necessary Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) QuickBooks experience preferred Fishbowl software experience is a plus Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize workload Reliable transportation required High School Diploma or GED required Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required

Preferred Experience:
