We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Service Coordinator for our client, to support daily sales and service operations while delivering exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and process sales and service orders Manage purchase orders and assist with inventory tracking Coordinate outsourced services and monitor project progress Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure timely updates Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire process Maintain accurate records and documentation Support daily operational and administrative functions Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Experience with QuickBooks , Fishbowl , or CAD drawings is a plus Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply What We re Looking For We are looking for a dependable professional who can keep operations running smoothly, communicate effectively with customers and vendors, and contribute to a positive team environment.
