We're seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking team member to help us provide exceptional service in our charming small town pharmacy complete with a gift shop and ice cream fountain. Responsibilities Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent customer service. Merchandise and restock shelves, ensuring displays are neat and appealing. Update pricing and maintain inventory accuracy. Scoop ice cream, prepare specialty floats, and craft delicious drinks. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the ice cream fountain. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience. Assist in the pharmacy area and pharmacy customer service. Requirements Previous experience in retail, merchandising, and food service preferred. Pharmacy experience a bonus! Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends. Reliable transportation to this job. Clean appearance and good hygiene. Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate critical thinking skills. Ability to count money and accurately complete transactions. Ability to maintain customer privacy and HIPAA requirements.
